On June 5, 2025, HER FUND proudly launched its HER FUND Training Programme, a dual-track initiative designed to empower both women startup founders and aspiring women investors with the skills, tools, and community they need to thrive in the innovation economy.
With applications now closed and the first live session successfully held, we are excited to welcome our dynamic cohorts into this transformative journey.
Empowering women entrepreneurs
The HER FUND Training Programme for Startup Founders is tailored for women (co)founders of early-stage startups aiming to grow and scale their ventures in tech and innovation-driven sectors. The programme combines self-paced online courses, live training sessions, and access to a supportive digital community. Participants will dive into essential topics such as soft skills, mental resilience, pitch design and training, startup funding, and financial fundamentals. Those who complete the programme and submit their pitch decks by June 22 will earn a certificate and the chance to pitch to angel investors on July 1, with a limited number selected for a personalized mentorship programme this fall.
Empowering women investors
The HER FUND Training Programme for Investors is designed for women looking to start their investment journey and promote gender-conscious investing. The programme offers a comprehensive curriculum covering the role of angel and VC investors, pitch analysis through a gender lens, due diligence, startup valuation, and governance. Through live peer learning sessions and self-paced e-learning, participants gain both technical insight and practical strategies to support women-led startups effectively. Graduates of the programme will receive a certificate and be eligible to participate in a fall mentorship programme focused on building a strong, inclusive investment network.
