The HER FUND consortium is proud to present the HER FUND Impact Portfolio – Results, Ecosystem & Investor Engagement, a comprehensive document showcasing the achievements, impact and legacy of the HER FUND project.
Developed over two years under the Horizon Europe programme, HER FUND has worked to reduce gender and regional disparities in innovation by strengthening access to funding for women-led startups and by fostering a network of gender-conscious investors across Europe.
The HER FUND Impact Portfolio serves as the project’s official media press kit, bringing together key insights, milestones and outcomes of the initiative. It highlights the collaborative work of nine partners from seven countries and reflects the collective effort to build a more inclusive European innovation ecosystem.
The document presents the project’s journey through its major pillars and results, including:
- The development of a pan-European network of gender-conscious investors
- The launch of the HER FUND Digital Platform, connecting founders, investors and ecosystem stakeholders
- The HER FUND Training Programme, which supported both founders and new business angels
- The Coaching and Mentoring Programmes, providing tailored support to women entrepreneurs and aspiring investors
- The HER FUND Talks podcast, amplifying women’s voices in business, finance and innovation
- A series of reports and policy recommendations addressing investment barriers and improving access to capital

As HER FUND approaches its conclusion in March 2026, the Impact Portfolio also looks ahead, highlighting how the project’s legacy will continue through its network, digital resources and future initiatives supporting women-led innovation across Europe.
It provides partners, stakeholders, journalists and ecosystem actors with a complete overview of the project’s activities, achievements and long-term vision.
